Deceptive Practices and Poor Service
We expected a family-friendly stay, but were misled about parking and breakfast. Check-in was cumbersome with no staff onsite. Our car was broken into, and the breakfast was a mere voucher for a croissant and coffee. Beware of parking recommendations.

Perfect spot for Cinque Terre!
I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. Super close to the train station, just a quick walk away. Modern, clean rooms with comfy beds—loved it! Breakfast was a bit skimpy though, just a coffee and a croissant, not enough for us. The snack bar was a nice touch too!

Had an amazing time with friends! The location was ideal for exploring the Cruise Terminal and Ferry Terminal. Our Deluxe Double or Twin Room was cozy, and the 42-inch LCD TV kept us entertained after a full day out. Perfect spot for a group getaway!
Check-in was a bit hectic. everyone had to show IDs simultaneously, which slowed things down.

would stay here again
The deluxe double room was spacious and super comfy. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower, and a minibar stocked with refreshments. The location is killer, just a few minutes to the train station and surrounded by cool dining options. The staff was really helpful through WhatsApp for any questions. The coffee machine in the hallway is a nice touch too!

Ideal location for families!
Had a room with a small balcony which was kinda nice for morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and they even helped us plan our visits to nearby attractions.
It was a bit pricey, but honestly acceptable for the location.

newly renovated room, excellent cleanliness, modern aesthetics
Check-in process chaotic without staff presence!!! Parking recommendations were questionable, and street noise was bothersome at night!!! Also, the elevator is cramped and feels outdated, making luggage management a hassle!!!
